I CAN SEE WHY YOU'RE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!! Never in my life have I not been at least acknowledged when walking in a store. My husband and I came in thru the service side and the man who was actually nice showed us around the back way to the apparel side. The woman at the counter who was on her phone TEXTING!! Never spoke Never tried to give eye contact! I walked around the entire store she NEVER MOVED!! Stayed behind the counter on her phone! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS SHE WOULD DESERVE 10!!

This shop is absolutely horrible. I would give it zero stars if possible. I took my vehicle in for warranty work and they screwed it all up. First they tried to claim that the problem was no a warrantied item. So when I called three other dealers they all said the fault code meant a secondary throttle sensory was bad and it was covered under warranty. After I told them that I was told they weren't allowed to do warranty work since they stopped being a dealer and only did service. I called corporate headquarters and found out that was a lie and then they said that they couldn't warranty it since the problem wasn't reoccuring any more even though there was a fault code in the system 11 times and that $65 was for them to wash it since it was to dirty to service even though it was freshly had a boss.
