Its a nice location with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Hotel is clean in and out. They got really good breakfast.

Terrible host at this hotel. When we got there to check in we were told the pool and spa tub were closed and being repaired. I asked if there would be a discount since the main amenities weren't available for the full price. She proceeded to raise her voice at me saying that we get a "free breakfast". We've stayed at many of the hotels in the Farmington Victor area that not only offerd a free breakfast but much nicer welcoming staff (hosts), $40 cheaper per night and had all the amenities for the price. In my opinion that's quite an expensive breakfast to pay full price with no amenities other than a breakfast that most hotels offer lol. For that price difference and no pool or spa there should have been lobster tails served for breakfast! The week after staying at this place we checked into Homewood Suites by Hilton right down the road and we were immediately greeted with a smile and bottled water, a pleasant thank you for choosing them, an information packet for the amenities, pool and spa tub spotless and every staff member from check in to check out went out of their way to make guests feel welcomed and important so I will never stay at this place again. I have several family members who travel here out of state often and I've already warned them not to stay at this place. It's obvious that the management doesn't care at all how their staff treats guests or how much this place offers for such an expensive price...a breakfast. I don't stay at hotels with breakfast being top priority, we stay with comfort, amenities and friendliness being top priority. There were several work vans parked that must have been staying there for our of town work and I made sure to tell them to have their company book them at one of the nicer hotels down the road for a cheaper price as well as much more to offer. What a disappointment and waste of my hard earned money. Rooms: The rooms were okay but not nearly as nice as the ones down the road especially the price of it. Nearby activities: Finger Lakes Gaming Track is a couple blocks away Safety: When we went to our car to get our belongings right after check in the key cards wouldn't work in the door entry so we had to walk around the building back into the lobby and the host acted annoyed she had to fix our key cards... like isn't that her job? That lady does not belong in the hospitality business. The owner should have someone under cover check this place out. I see bad reviews all the way around for a hotel who hasn't been there that long Walkability: Busy traffic highway near thruway Food & drinks: Average for a hotel, nothing special Noteworthy details: Don't waste your money! Go down the road a few miles into Victor and stay at a much nicer place for a cheaper price and true hospitality

Checked in last night, the room booked smelled so heavily of weed smoke that we became nauseous after less than a minute in the room (not sensitive to the smell). Spoke to Cyndi at the front desk. and told her of the state of the room and the nausea, who stated they had already sprayed the room and offered only to either book another room but downgraded or refund fully (5pm on a Friday, would be unable to find another place), and that they weren't here when the room was cleaned. I asked if they could spray the room again, and the answer was, "I have a lobby full of guests to check in, so no, I can give you the spray." I asked if there was a number we could contact to speak more on the issue. The answer was, "You are talking to the hotel. There's me, and there's my GM, but she wouldn't answer. " The room was still really bad after a heavy spraydown and waiting for 15 min, so we opted for the downgraded room. Both of our bags and clothes now reeked of smoke. The new room was clean, with no issues, although on the second floor directly next to the stairs/elevator (not preferred but not a big deal, just a little noisy). Will not be returning to this location.
