        Although communication varies because of changes in management, ( understandable) the place is clean and accepts many forms of payment. Im rating five stars because they dont deserve the low ratings. Application is pending atm. Will continue to update as changes may be made.

        The lady who showed me the place was actually rude, and tried to tell me two couples could not live in a two bedroom. Also the way she talks about people who live there, is absolutely out of line. The place was terrific, but her attitude was absolutely horrible.

        I have attempted to contact these apartments inquiring information. I have called and left messages, I have emailed as well and nothing back. The only response I got was an automated email asking me to apply for the apartments. Definitely lack of communication skills and maybe lack of employees as well. If needing an office assistant Ill gladly help yall out BIRCH TREE APARTMENTS
