Sejal and Jeff were so easy to work with. Sejal was very knowledgeable with the products. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and had many options. The best part was, she came and met with me almost immediately and was very flexible with scheduling an appointment.
Jeff is very detail oriented and makes sure the blinds look absolutely perfect. I’m so happy with how my installation turned out!
They were easy to communicate with and were very prompt. I will definitely use them again for any blind projects we have in the future.

We had a great experience with Budget Blinds Novi. Sejal and Jeff were wonderful to work with. Sejal is awesome and knows her products well, at the original consultation she came with samples and helped us pick out our window treatments and Jeff did a great job with the installation. The first time we worked with them was actually over a year ago for our whole house and our blinds have held up great and look really nice. We had just built a new house and had a baby arriving soon so we really wanted the window treatments installed fast and they were so accommodating, quick and easy to work with. We recently decided to add window treatments to the basement as well and it was no question to call Sejal and Jeff again! Great experience the second time around too. Product and service is awesome, their prices cannot be beat and they are also just really nice people!
