Most likely the positive reviews that are here are friends and families or workers of this shop Our experience with this place is that they knowingly gave us a faulty part and placed it in our vehicle. The process to get our money back or any complimentary fixes has been impossible since they immediately operate on a lack of trust. The customer is guilty first - even if you're right. Do NOT go here, it's absolute garbage.

I just wanna give props to Jay. He is such an honest guy. I had a bad experience with a mechanic over in Arlington and I didnt have high expectations for Jays shop. However, I was pleasantly surprised. His rates are reasonable and he takes extra steps to make sure the car is sound. The parking isnt the best but well worth navigating around. Lastly, the woman behind the counter, I believe shes his wife, is super sweet. I highly recommend going here for your car needs.

Very friendly on my first visit and quick to act on my repair. I got my car back in less than a day. Return trips were less successful for service based upon a warranty offered at check-out. Unfortunately, the company hid behind non-descript rules and refused to honor their own warranty. Felt like I was arguing with Zalinsky motors. While looking inspecting the original issue, they found several "new issues." I refused service and I have moved by business to Integrity Motors off 29. Services: Auto brake repair, A/C installation & repair
