We LOVE Falls Green! Its such a great community and so perfectly placed between Target, the East Falls Church Metro, and the Eden center. The staff is so nice and always helpful, we cant wait to resign our lease :)

I am happy to publicly post this review about Falls Green and its maintenance and new features. Ebens and Nathan just left and, as always, fixed the issue, made an improvement to prevent the problem from happening again, were efficient, very thoughtful and considerate of my time, and wonderful to see. They also explained to me how I could contribute to preventing the situation. When I looked to move here I was told how fast and professional maintenance was, something I didnt think of as a priority but they are and it is. I also very much appreciate that I feel comfort and trust with them. On another note, I value the management. I have seen Falls Green figure out what residents need that they hadnt thought of and want that works well also with the needs of running an apartment complex. And when there is a challenge, I see them working on being proactive, being flexible as they can, and always patient and friendly. And as the property has settled into the gardens from the redo, they have fine tuned and its beautiful. If you also love flowers year round and native plants, youll enjoy a treat every day. Lastly, Falls Green considers itself a community, strives to make that happen through events and attitudes, and you can feel that every day, something one doesnt always consider when looking for an apartment but that go far in making you feel you belong.

Amenities and maintenance staff were great, but leasing and management office were extremely inflexible and difficult to work with throughout the renewal process. When considering to renew our current lease, the team offered us a renewal rate for $200+ the listed price of our unit online at the same time. They firmly denied multiple times that they could do anything to lower the rate for us, the current tenants, even though it was listed online at a lower rate. As it turns out, it was only after getting regional management involved months later that they *magically* found a way to lower to price for our unit for us. However, by then we decided to look elsewhere since interacting with them had been so unpleasant.
