Has got to be the worst insurance EVER. Did a 9 month payment plan for my auto insurance and had it paid off. Then they decided I needed to add my sister to my car insurance (which I never agreed to because she was not driving nor my responsibility) and increased my policy by $1,000 and said if I didnt pay it was against the law which btw is NOT true. Then when I told them to send me this law they couldnt (because it doesnt exist) and emailed me a pdf of another clients personal information. LITERALLY THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL. Save yourself dont come here might as well be a scam than an actual company. Never got my money back for the rest of the policy year and after I got new insurance they still tried to demand payment. Filed a claim to the BBB to get rid of these money hungry mongrels dont be like me go somewhere else.

Cant even put a star this lady is so rude and I dont even know how shes even working there. She plays games about money and insurance plans. Tries to put words in your mouth tells you youre wrong and you dont know what ur talking about. Truly so awful dont come here

Lucy George is the most miserable person Ive ever encountered in customer service and it blows my mind considering this is her career. Seeing all the 1 star reviews based off their customer service alone is not shocking to me at all. Either retire or pick a different career.

Lucy George has the WORST customer service Ive ever experienced in my 23 years of living unless you wanted to be treated like absolute trash I do not recommend doing business with her.
