      image Don’t shop here. Manager is a liar. Do not believe the office signs: NO HIDDEN CHARGES.
      Told us (in notes from his mouth) our monthly bill (EVERYTHING) would never go higher than $130.
      Does this monthly charge of $176.19 show he spoke any truth?
      Also said I’d get a veterans’ discount. Never found out until after we signed the deal, had to drive 67 miles to a REAL USC corporate store with my DD214 to get that.
      Tried to call the local number… it only rolls over to a national call center.

      image I don’t plan on ever going back to the Ottumwa Store unless absolutely necessary. They actually want to help the customers here and are very pleasant.
