Be Aware! Do Not HIRE these rookies! And I mean rookies! They will misrepresent your case! Listen and Feel your first instinct from these people especially Devan Bennett!He is not who he says he is or what he says he 'can' do. It's manipulation to get his hands on Your goods! The name of this place should be 'Wrongful Attorneys'.Stay away. There are So Many other choices! You Hire the Attorney! Be aware! You will Never get what you are entitled from this Crew of wanna be's!Stand up for yourself and GO elsewhere!This is the bottom of the barrel in the attorney world!Your livelihood and future rely on your good choices! Today is 12/21/2018 and with Christmas upon us in a couple of days, I felt I needed to lift my anger and resentment towards a Law Firm who I paid well and accepted my case and would fight for and defend me like anyone else. I now am permanently disabled from a debilitating illness called Complete Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS or RDA) same thing. Anyone you ask including most doctors have never heard of it, or the few doctors that have, had no clue in how to treat it. The cause that brought mine on was to many open knee surgeries in a short period of time. My left knee has been so traumatized that it signals the brain I have constant Chronic pain all the time. I never get any relief. CRPS spreads from limb to limb and also to your organs. There is NO CURE and no medications that have helped. Because of the opiate epidemic I haven't seen one doctor that will prescribe any Chronic pain medication for me. The doctor's are clueless on how to make me a bit more comfortable. Facebook has groups for people with this disease. It is truly a very lonely disease because no one can truly relate to a person who's life is consumed with Chronic pain all over the body. I have learned to hide it. When your around family or friends even strangers, they don't want to hear negatively affected by my "initial, it started out when I tripped over a speed bump that wasn't painted" and the owner lied when asked "have you did anything to the speed bump since my fall, he said No"..I had before and after pictures that it was freshly painted. Later I learn that the doctor who first put in my original total knee replacement they paid him a $1000.00 for his "opinion" to this one question, that apparently made my case closed. They asked him "could there have been another fall or injury that I may have done between two different date periods". He said "I'm sorry can you repeat that I didn't fully understand the question..they asked only for a yes or no answer. He said yes, I suppose that could of happened, well people if It Did I would of told my doctor????after all the crap I was and still am to this day am going through physically and mentally. Looking back I only WISHED I would of fired this Law firm and taken it with me to the Bay Area where I now reside. I have very little trust in the judicial system and paid Attorneys to get you what you truly are worth. That $7,800.00 went to late payments to all my creditors. If there is other's out there who feel that this Law Firm did as little as possible for you please contact me and discuss our options. I am permanently disabled and make 1/4 of what I was making before I tripped over a old speed bump that blended in with the concrete and was located on the side of their business that no one would expect one to be.
