I needed paperwork from them that showed the materials used and cost, etc. for insurance purposes and they refused to give me anything and was non responsive when I persisted. Never did get anything in writing, now I've noticed that my roof is leaking. I'll contact them but not hopeful. Reported the paperwork issue to the BBB and the company rep lied about talking with me to resolve my concerns. So we'll see how they respond to the leak. Service: Roof installation
