Comfort Keepers provided outstanding care for my mother. They provided caregivers that were highly knowledgeable, kind, gentle, and understanding of my mothers needs. They also were very supportive of me when my mom passed away. A wonderful agency to work with!!

Comfort Keepers has been wonderful! The team is dedicated, understanding, quick to respond and most importantly their communication is always prompt. Especially, Kim Harrington. She was able to staff a case with coverage in less than an hour! I appreciate the dedication and response for crisis situations.

Complete disaster.  The nurse who did the initial assessment warned us that they were having trouble finding staff, and it went downhill from there.  The first caregiver they sent had no idea what she was doing.  The second one who came the following week stayed for less than an hour, then announced she was leaving and simply drove away.  The management was not apologetic.

I used Comfort Keepers to provide someone to help around the house during my first week of recovery after a total knee replacement. This was my second knee replacement and during the first one, taking care of me was too much for my wife to manage. I was not allowed to traverse the stairs for a while, (we have a lot of steps in our house), and I needed to recover in the bedroom.
Comfort Keepers provided a person named Meseret who was always on time and usually a little early every day. She helped my wife prepare meals and bring things up the stairs to me. She cleaned up, filled my ice machine, brought me water and did whatever we asked. During slow times, we talked and shared stories about our lives and families. She was very sweet, kind and always at the ready to help whenever needed. I cannot praise her enough and highly recommend her.
Making the arrangements with Comfort Keepers was easy. They were very competent and very flexible. We had some particular requests and Comfort Keepers met them all. The caregiver they provided allowed me an easy transition back into my home after surgery. I highly recommend them and will certainly use them again if a need arises.
