        We scheduled an appointment for Sunday at 1. After waiting, we made contact around 1:45 "I am in route you are my next stop".3pm I called asked for ETA and said 5 or 6. We rescheduled for Monday morning 8am. Called at 9am - was "stuck in traffic." Called at 9:45am and no answer. Took 2 hours off work for nothing.
