Great place to do business with for repairs on a RV. Staff was super friendly, repairs were done quickly and affordable.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I could put 0 stars. We took our camper here to get inspected and serviced so we could move to the lower 48. Our camper sat in the lot for almost a week with no update. My husband went back and forth with them for almost two weeks on what needed to be done. When the workers told us that all the services had been performed, we checked and noticed some or none of the services were provided. My husband had to finish everything himself, and it took him one day. The staff was unprofessional and provided no explanation or updates for the camper. The staff told us that they would call at the end of the day for an update and they never called. This happened three times. They also misplaced our camper keys. This company provided the worst customer service, communication, professionalism, care for customers, etc. I have ever experienced. Their lack is also a liability. My husband and I planned on driving 6 days through Canada with our camper. Im also pregnant and it infuriates me that this company allowed this camper to leave their lot without all the services complete after sitting on their lot for two weeks. If the communication was better I might give this place three stars. Do yourself a favor and save time by not bringing your camper or anything else here.
