        12-18-23. Terrible customer service. I went into this location to deposit cash for Numark Credit Union. I was in line and because my slip did not have everything filled out they told me I had to get out of line and complete the form. They did not ask me if they could assist me or not. When I finally reached the teller another Rep came and took my deposit and Id in a back room and I waited too long. First of all she should not have never taken my ID. She could have copied it or anything. I could not see her in the back room. Why? I will not visit this branch ever. !

        Was trying to get a loan and Some Hispanic ladyWas really really rudeSince they closed the branch in Midlothian on 147th and Cicero. Ill. Be taking my money somewhere else

        Been coming to this credit union since 2000(?). It was South Division but it merged with Scott. The people(employees) and I have developed a great relationship over the years. Some faces are new but business as usual. Some changes in how it operates. I used to get my direct deposits on Wednesday. Now I get it Friday. That was convenient but not a major issue. I also got 1 free cashier check every month. It's $3 now. It is what it is. Won't go anywhere else. If you decide to bank here, the people will try to make banking enjoyable and worthwhile.
