        Entered bank. Nobody behind counter. I waited. Woman employee on phone right in front of me. Some guy in another office. I stood there. Nothing. No acknowledgment. No action on their part. So I left. Pitiful.

        WaFd has completely destroyed any good image I had of them. Not only have Blanca and Felipe been horribly inconsistent with communication throughout my application process, but they erroneously sent title paperwork for the wrong property. We requested a phone call to discuss the issue and they didn't even attempt to call. The email Felipe sent was him talking down to me about mortgage types to hide that they made a mistake. This has been by far the worst banking experience I've ever had.I highly recommend going with literally any other bank for your HELOC or mortgage needs.
