I had to change rooms three times because they were so dirty. There was hair in the showers, toothpaste caked around the sink, stained couches, etc. Plus the hotel stunk. I don't plan to stay there again.

Was preparing for things to be gross and poorly run, but this exceeded expectations (in a terrible way).
When you walk in, you're met with an overwhelming odor of "funk". It's hard to tell if it's ladies of the night and their patrons' ball sweat, mold, feet, or all of the above. It is deeply unpleasant. The rooms don't smell much better. I didn't bother saying anything to the front desk because, surely they can smell it too?
However, I understand that the employees have little to do with how terribly this hotel is maintained by its owner. But, the employees do have control over whether they answer the phone at the front desk - one of the most basic functions of working at a hotel, I would imagine. I've been trying to call the front desk to place a walk up call, and so far I've called 5 separate times, and the phone just keeps ringing. It's been over 25 minutes of non-stop ringing. These guys are taking the longest smoke break ever. To management - check your security cameras because I don't know what your front desk staff was doing between 1:30 am and 1:55 am (and counting), but they weren't working. And I guarantee you they weren't answering phones at the front desk like they are paid to! I know this because I called non-stop that entire time and no one answered.
Shameful way to run a business. I'd be so embarrassed if I had a business card with this dump's name on it. Won't be staying here again - not for anything in the world.
Rooms: Disgusting!
Noteworthy details: The odor. The lack of people to do the most BASIC functions, such as answer the freaking phone.

We had the worst experience our room was so nasty. When will be walked in we noticed that the couch was torn. .There were stains all over the couch.The sink area wasn't completely cleaned. Evidently somebody spilled food or something on the bed because the shams still have food on it and the carpet. The curtains had stained. The night stand was stained. We did not know about breakfast when we checked in The nighttime person didn't share in the information.. The chair and the lobby was stained in black. Due to the eclipse , we didn't have anywhere else to stay bixby when I booked through my Company I had no idea.

Rooms are clean, everything in the room works, frig..coffee maker, TV, etc.. The breakfast has a lot of options and the attendant is very helpful
