I am happy with the service these Doctors have provided for my husband. Very professional. My spouse is blind so they give him an excellent verbal commentary on what they are doing to his feet.

my primary care doctor sent a referral to Dr Smith's office.  They never called me, so my doctor sent another one, and told me to call Dr Smith's office.  I did, they told me they got the second referral and would call me back in a few minutes.  I did not get a call back.  I tried to get my doctor to refer me to another podiatrist, but she wouldn't, and told me that I needed to call Dr Smith's office again.  I did, left a message explaining that it had been over two weeks since the initial referral was sent in, and I requested a call back.  I have yet to hear anything from Dr Smith's office.

I have had several ingrown toenails fixed and have had a toenail on my big toe removed, with no problem at all. I am now ready to have the other one done. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had a positive experience evrry time I have been there.

I just love this doctor! I was recommended to see doctor Rex .I was very scared to have an operation on my toes and this was the right doctor for me.I never felt a thing. He was great to talk to while having the surgery. I highly recommend this doctor .
