They have struck three things of mine todate. Two sweater (I have multiple if the same one so I check against the others to make sure) and now a jacket. I figured the first round was a mistake (they were wool and they must have washed them instead of their “green” dry cleaning, so I game them another try. Very disappointed.

Everything comes out great!! And if it's not done to my liking they will redo it free of charge or repair if it's their doing free of charge!! Love them!!

Tried them for the first time. Had spots on slacks I wore once, and specifically wanted those cleaned. When I picked the slacks up the cleaners charged me and didn't say anything about the slacks. I checked them on the counter and the doors were still on the slacks. Counter person seemed unconcerned and was not helpful. Downright unfriendly. I won't be back.
