My experience at this business today was negative. I do not recommend this business to anyone.
I looked over the other reviews posted here before I posted my own. I saw some good ones and bad ones. I think it's noteworthy that the negative reviews mirrored my own and have an obvious theme.
The problem here goes beyond poor customer service. My friend and I came to this business to make a simple purchase. The employee who assisted us was rude and disrespectful. The tone they used was one of impatience and irritation. They tried to make you feel like your presence was an inconvenience to them, and the stupidity of your questions was a waste of their time.
An example of poor customer service is not greeting your customers (which they failed to do as well). At this business, we were treated with intentional and obvious disrespect. I dont allow anyone to treat me this way, and I especially will not take it as a customer from an employee.

Helpful and knowledgeable, and are happy to give good advice regardless of how much (or little) you know! Thank you again for your help, and thank you for helping me find where to get the services you don't provide! I will definitely be back next time I loose my hitch pin! (Cause I probably will! )
