Went in to check out some new vacuums. Staff was very helpful and didn't try to push me into something I wasn't comfortable with which was important to me. They seem to be very knowledgable of their equipment and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I didn't plan on buying a Vacuum that day, but a scheduling issue with my Doctor nearby allowed me to find Rich's. My old one died the previous week and I was in the right place at the right time. Staff was friendly, helpful and though I had a ton of questions, they answered them honestly (like a neighbor) and it made my decision so much easier!
