        I went to the ER 2 times in 2023. 1st time with double pneumonia and again when I cut my head. Both times they treated me professionally and without much wait. With the pneumonia I spent 3 nights in the hospital. I was well pleased with both visits.

        Has to be the worst ER Ive we been to, the staff I talked to seemed nice but its just poorly run. Date here almost 4 hours and not called back. 5 people released from the Ear yet only one called back since I got here

        My sister was rushed to this facility and I was so disappointed The room in the er was nasty, they left vomit on the floor for over an hour. The paramedic didnt wash his hands nor wear gloves. This hospital is DISGUSTING

        OK MY EXPERIENCE WAS FIRST IN ER THE BED HAD A SPOT LOOK LIKE OLD BLOOD AND SMILLE BAD, ANOTHER POINT THE COMPUTER FOR THE CT SCAN WAS DOWN, THEY TOLD ME BECAUSE WAS FRIDAY. AND THEM I WAS WAITING AROUND 3 HOURS AND A HALF FOR THE AMBULANCE TO TAKE TO SOUTHEAST HEALTH IN DOTHAN. THAT PLACE LOOK LIKE A PIK HOUSE
