There were several things wrong with the apartment within 3 days of me and my family moving there. The air vents do not work properly upstairs so it can be hot or cold depending on the weather(Go head and have a fan or heater ready). They’re are mice/rats that the landlord will try to blame you for and say they might’ve came with you while you were moving, say or do everything else except take care of the problem(I lost count of how many I caught around 6). There is not much space, so if you have a lot of stuff, this apartment complex is not for you. The landlord is very unprofessional, lazy, aggravating, and nosey. She’s never in her office during the hours she’s suppose to be there, loves to stick notes and envelopes inside your door constantly, does not know what she’s doing 90% of the time, and also an unnecessary liar. Other than that, the complex itself is very kid friendly and quiet, but I still would not recommend that you move there.
