Relax The Back

Christian Is amazing! He explained all the chairs to us, letting us feel all the differences. He took all the time we needed and didnt make us feel rushed at all even though the store was closing. He has contacted me a few times since the purchase to check on if the delivery people have gotten a hold of me. He has gone above and beyond to help. We bought the chair in Florida and had it shipped to Ohio since we liked him so much. There is a store 2 hours from us-but Christian is a gem! Cant wait for my chair to get all set up!

The sales person Christian and the owner were super friendly. We made multiple visits to make up our mind to purchase. Never once felt like I was having my arm twisted. I look foward to come here again on the next new product. Can't recommend this place enough.

I went there looking for a specific product. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He answered my questions and did not try to talk me into something more expensive. It was a very nice experience.

My "Relax The Back" store experience was more than perfect. Our need for a lift recliner was urgent. My mother-in-law had been struggling with health issues and was having a difficult time getting up from any of her chairs or sofa. I walked in the store at 10 AM and by 12:30 PM the chair was delivered and set up in my mother-in-law's home. She is so happy with it. Not only the functionality but the look and comfort of the chair as well. It has made her life less stressful and no more fear that she can't stand up from a sitting position.
