This practice has declined in quality since Dr L retired. Today, despite numerous requests for a call back timely, I stressed TIMELY, to advise me that my prescription for my dog was ready, the fill-in Vet did not ring me back until 30 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. The vet was aware I like 1-2 hours away and could not make it in to their office time to fill my prescription. I pressed her as to what I can do as my dog is in severe pain, she said I had to wait until Tuesday to get my meds or I could try to get it filled at Wal-Mart. Wal-mart told me they never have offered the drug, my Vet was mistaken. Essentially this Dr cared nothing about the additional suffering my pet would endure, just because she couldnt be bothered to ring me back. I shouldve know that with numerous signs on the walls saying they are extremely short staffed our patience is appreciated. Big red flag!!!!

When I first discovered this wonderful veterinary service, I had trouble getting through the phone lines to speak with the staff. After I became a regular, I realized they are more than worth their weight in gold. Any, and all problems, with phone contact are nothing compared with the value of the veterinary services. No hidden costs, affordable, and trustworthy.
