        As someone with severe dental anxiety, I cannot say enough kind words about my experience at this office for my first visit today. From Shawna at the front desk, to Jaime and Alisha the hygienists, to Celia who helped coordinate my referral, and of course Dr. Koontz - everyone was so kind, understanding, and reassuring. Jaime in particular was incredible at helping me feel at ease during the entire visit. I highly recommend Dr. Koontz and his team for anyone who is nervous about the dentist!
