My Wife has been going to this chiropractor since she sustained an injury in October of 2022. The care she has received has been good. This review, however, is meant to reflect the lack professionalism when it comes to getting paperwork completed and keeping the patient informed. She called on Wednesday 2/8/2023 to inquire about her paperwork, which is needed to file our claim with insurance. It had been 3 weeks since she had been cleared, and the paperwork had yet to have been completed. The receptionist who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. Stating that the doctor would get to it when he gets to it. Let me say, Im a medical professional locally and I have never treated a patient like this. Chiropractic care has been good, but the office staff has been awful. No communication, paperwork unfinished.and Id be willing to bet that it has to do with money. Because this was an injury claim.perhaps they are paid on a much slower schedule. Shame on all of you. This is not how it should be done. Good patient care followed by horrendous and outright rude staff behavior to the patient is like baking a wonderful cake and frosting it with garbage. To the owner, thanks for taking care of my wife. She had good things to say about the care. But the office staffI would have let them go on the spot had I heard them in person speaking to a patient that way, because it reflects poorly on your overall great care. Maybe one day, before Jesus comes back preferably, you can finish my wifes chart and send it back to the legal team that is representing our case.

The service is fine. But I don't like it is that they are unpunctual to attend me. You make the appointment and they attend you half an hour later or more and for me that I live far away this is no right for mi
