        Not a good experience! No communication whatsoever unless we called or made a trip in to see what was happening with our vehicle, even tho we were told they would let us know. They told us they couldnt find the part and we should let them scrap it only to find out when we were picking up the key that they had actually found the part in Canada and instead of asking us, they decided not to give us that information. We feel there was dishonesty and some overcharging. We found a new place to go. Side note: Ennis Auto Parts (Parts City) found the part in about 4 hours time!

        I'm very pleased with the team at the Ennis, MT Carquest Auto Parts. I'm RVing south of Cameron, MT, woke up to a dead battery. They are not just an auto parts store, they also have mechanics. They tested my battery, it was good, they also checked for possible other issues that may have caused the battery on my 1 year old van to die. I appreciate the extra time and effort the gave. Thanks!!!
