Braemar Building Systems

What is does one do when you have paid in full. Your building shows up incomplete and the wrong colour. I have now costly bills for a welder to come and fix the mistakes, had to send my crew home and equipment back to the rental company 2 hrs away and postpone all other work. I have pictures from their sales person holding samples that I choose saying that is the colour I got. They are not even close

Good luck getting these guys to call you back! They have the worst salesman in the world. Couldn't get him to call me back for 5 days and then he had no numbers to give me for a bid! Just "wished me well on my search for a building". Look anywhere but here for a building! Can't imagine trying to get one delivered or get any type of service from these jokers.

I purchased a building from this company. It was 2 months late. The sales manager called me a liar for pointing that out. Several critical parts were missing. They refused to provide these parts in breach of contract. They are so disorganized and inefficient and are apparently, not a manufacturer but just a middleman. Look elsewhere, there's only upside from this outfit. Further to this, although they are real good at taking peoples money, they seem to have a hard time grasping the realities of the construction business and the importance of keeping projects on schedule and maintaining workflow. We had to shut our job down waiting for Braemar to send the screws that were not properly procured in the first place. It took them days to even acknowledge the issue, costing the contractor to lose money, work stoppage damages, and employees to lose work. They just don't get it. Proceed with considerable caution.
