I have to share an amazing story about Marquez Fencing and why they are the best choice for fence contractors. My elderly mother-in-law hired them to construct a fence. Her neighbor did not like the placement of the fence, even though she was only replacing the fence as it had existed for almost 40 years. She ended up being given a zoning violation. We discovered, by no fault that setbacks had to be met and that no fence permit had been issued to replace the existing fence. I called Marquez Fencing and they were incredibly responsive. They pulled the Fence Permit, paid the cost of the permit. We had to move the fence back three feet. Marquez came out and marked shrubs that had to be removed. Once those shrubs had been removed (at no charge), Marquez moved the fence and completed the re-work in one day! They made things right. This reflects quality, care and high customer service. There simply is not a better contractor for this type of work.

A neighbor and I wanted to get our fences replaced. I called four companies. Only Marquez answered the phone. One had a full voicemail box, and two didn't return my messages. Marquez scheduled an estimate and came that day. (They also came again when some other neighbors thought they might like to go in on this.) We agreed to their estimate, and and set a date almost 2 months out. They arrived the day they said they would and completed the work in two days. The fences look great, the posts are solid as can be, and the gates (three) work smooth as silk. For the person who was insulted that his job was "too small," I can only say that a more common response when someone doesn't want to take your job is for them to schedule an estimate and not show or promise you an estimate and never give you one or say they will do the job when one of the workmen has some free time. (They never do.) I have gotten all those excuses. I much prefer a straightforward statement that they don't want that work.

I would give them a zero, but that is not possible. They built the fence for my neighbor, and numerous other fences here in the Meadows at Castle Rock. I wanted them to add a portion of fence and a gait - but guess what? This job is too small for them now. They moved to Broomfield and are no longer doing jobs less than 60 feet in Castle Rock. I'm too small for them. Can you imagine if other businesses started thinking that way? Well I wanted everyone to know that I'm ""Too Small" for them. I hope all of the Google readers read this review before asking them to do your fence. I know who I am NOT going to call when it comes to all 600 feet of Business fence when I need that in the next few months. I'm sorry I was too small for you. I am retired a Navy Corpsman, so if you are military please do not use this company for your fencing needs. Thank you all for reading this post. I hope you readers have an amazing day!
