In the true sense of unprofessional behavior, they are not honest, I do not recommend it at all. They take extra money and are not willing to provide a receipt!

Unhelpful and disrespectful. He was supposed to call me last week according to her assistant Cristina. He didnt and when I called 7 days later, even Cristina was surprised that he hadnt called me. I wanted to cancel before Mercury bills me but he didnt bother himself to let me know on a timely matter. I dont get how people like him stay in business this long. Maybe by colliding with corrupted body shops and screwing over customers and insurance fraud?

Fred did an amazing job helping me out and getting the most discounts to lower my insurance rate. He also would respond to emails and phone calls fast. Definitely recommend him!

Completely useless. I tried calling to ask a question about insurance and the salesman on the phone did not even try to help understand my needs. When I asked if there was anyone in the area that can help me with my use case he said no and offered nothing in the way of customer service or friendliness at all.
