My wife contacted this firm around August 2023 and was sent a form to fill out explaining her disabilities. she has drop foot from a spinal cord injury as well as Epilepsy and Encephalopathy. She suffers from seizures which have caused falls and a few head injuries. She also suffers memory problems and sometimes suffers from cognitive and motor issues as a result of her seizures, She attempted to fill out the forms but had trouble understanding and filling them out, She contacted a representative named Rosa, who told her to send in the paperwork and they could finish it and would contact her with any questions after a couple months my wife called and was told they were contacting her doctors and preparing her case. She checked in about once a month getting the same response. The last contact we had with Rosa was in January and she was told the same. When she contacted them again in March of this year she was left a voicemail telling her there was no open case and they never received the paperwork and if she had any questions she could contact a supervisor and gave a phone number. She called and left a voicemail twice. She was contacted by a very aggressive 'gentleman' who yelled at her that there was no case and that she never sent in paperwork at which time I got on the phone and politely told him we were confused as they had said the case was being worked on the last time she called in to them in January he yelled louder there is no open case! At which time I told him we would seek other representation and that he was rude and a jerk. My wife kept a log of every phone call she made to them and any updates she was given. So their never got the paperwork excuse really doesn't hold up.

Definity feels like if your case is a little complex they are just going to straight up not talk to you. And they seem rude right off the bat.

Extremely unprofessional. They are rude and failed to notify me of time sensitive documents that I needed to fill out and return . I had do do all the work myself. And when I simply asked them about it , they told me to find another attorney -after they had been representing me for over a year. They are not capable of handling their work load. I believe they deliberately do this so that your case has to go to court and thats where they make their money. Also th Executive Director Mark refused to allow the contact of the owner Michelle to let her know what happened. Which I find very suspicious. If there was a ZERO star I would have selected that.

I hired DAG in 2014 for my appeal & they handled everything, from beginning to end. I won my case in May 2016. They were knowledgeable & professional, with xlnt advice. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in need of securing their SSDI benefits. My only concern, was that while I spoke with the attorney on the phone a few times, I only met her the day of my hearing. It was very concerning, but I trusted that she was exp'd & knew what she was doing, which in fact was accurate. I rec'd my approval within 6 wks. I've referred them about 6x since.
