The doctor told me Hopefully he can run some tests on me. Like why would you tell a patient that?! Smh thats like implying youre going to let me die!

A very well organized and extremely efficient hospital the doctors and nurses are friendly and very thorough in what's getting done and the after care they explain it in full detail what you need to do.and also once again no lines was seen rite away and was on my way in no time.love that place . Go to Somalia ! Ull get scene and taken care of by Pirates better than the Doctors here. This place needs to be closed.

I had a medical emergency while traveling alone and ended up here. I ended up needing emergency surgery that they called in a specialist for. All of the doctors, RNs, and CNAs were wonderful with their care and made me feel like I was not alone even though I did not have any family or friends in the area.

I've been to better hospitals in 3rd world countries. Between the hours of 2 to 4pm On March 20th , the ER was ran by an elderly Doctor that made Joe Biden look like a spring chicken. A doctor thar communicates poorly as well as inefficiently. They not only ignored me my whole visit, they Ignored a pregnant woman for hours experiencing stomach pain. The nurse explained to me that this Doctor likes to work slow by choice. This is malpractice at its finest. Us Encino residents deserve better. I have filed a report on the ER and I suggest everyone do the same. Call Providence Health & Services in Ontario and complain about this Hospitals incompetence. Maybe after enough complaints we can save the next patients life. I'm going to rally my community together until we see some changes. We can't boycott the hospital but we can demand change. I pray I have no broken ribs. But i truly pray the woman I witnessed get ignored for hours doesn't lose her baby. Despicable doesn't describe this place.
