Beef shewarma was cold and lacked flavor.
Service was friendly.
Portions are generous.
Nice family atmosphere.
But the food wasn't there in flavor and especially temperature (which maybe contributed to food being bland)
Despite doing many things right, this place falls short on flavors and that's what this review is based on. I'll retry this place in a few months hoping for improvement.

I had their food before at catered events, since I'm a Merquez lover, I had to put them to the test and they don't disappoint at all, I had flashbacks to Strasbourg, salads are fresh lightly dressed, eggplant a d french fries were amazing, best hummus in L.A. beating Hummus Bar and Mizlala by a slight margin. Tipping culture unfortunately has invaded this place too, expecting a $5 tip for taking my cc and pointing me to counter which is literally 5 ft. away while the cooks and busboy work hard also they were very accommodating, Vegas has that Tipping mentality not a fan , it reduces the overall experience.
