I was going to leave a review until I looked at all the other negative reviews. Seems this is an on going theme. I will address 1 problem, the drive thru casher was picking ice (bare hands) from the container that they fill the drink cups (eating ice) from. Really not a sanitary place to eat. Visit was on 05/15/22 @ 7 pm. Last visit for me.

ETA: STILL NO REFUND We placed an online order this past week and when we arrived at the store we waited 20 minutes for our food after it was supposed to be ready. We also had Half full cold fries that weren't even the right fries. And items from our order was Missing due to not having them in stock which is fine if they gave me a refund. They told me I needed to call arby's to get a refund since it was an online order. I called online and they said that the store has to approve thr refund. I have yet to receive a refund because the store has not approved the it even though i told them at the register that items were missing

This place is Ok, the kids inside are nice and feed us truckers. I have a question for management. Why cant you get a full staff in this place and get it opened after Covid but Maverick can build, staff and open a brand new location directly across the road? Get it together folks!

This is the worst Arby's EVER! THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE! We have given this location multiple chances and every time a big let down. They have given us wrong orders before. Always out of product. Tonight we got a raw chicken sandwich. No use calling the store because the manager does NOT care. When you try to contact corporate they don't respond. Worst company EVER! How is this location still open with all these terrible reviews? Time to take a look at your management!

Got in line for drive thru a few minutes before 8pm. Their hours say open until 10pm. They took the order for the car in front of us and then told us "we're closed" with no further explanation. Confused and disappointed.
