I came today to this pharmacy to drop of a prescription. A person by the name of " Yumi", saw the prescription and immediately said " insurance doesn't cover for this medicine". She didn't even know I have commercial Insurance from work. She put out an angry face, when I asked her to check my insurance. The way she spoke to us, it felt that we were bothering her. This type of employee should not be allow to work at the front desk. She should work away from patient. Perhaps stocking medications would be a better place for her.

CVs always have what we need in an emergency, associates are helpful, sometimes they awkwardly follow you around but I do understand why.

Horrible! I bought Mucinex. When I got home the side of the box was open. So had to return it, drive back, waste my time and gas. Only to tell the girls at the counter this was an "even exchange." No additional monies at issue here! The time it took to just do that and hear these girls say "it's the company policy" I WAS DONE. Put me through all that for a even exchange is "horrible CVS policy...Plain and Simple. Will sorely consider NOT coming back with that kinda of service!

This cvs is horrible. Every time I go there they claim they never recieved a prescription. Then I have to wait on line to talk to a pharmacist and magically it's there. Every visit is at least a half hour, sometimes over an hour. They don't pick up their phone so I cannot call in advanced to make sure I'm not wasting my time. Today, I waited for a half hour and they can't find the prescription. I called the Dr and they said cvs recieved and confirmed it. Dr said they will resend it. I told them to send it to Walgreens instead. Drove down the street and I was in and out. Never again. Staff isn't helpful, slow, and some are rude. They need a new system and an entire new staff to operate it.
