Chase Bank

Seems like a common thread. Right as you walk in, they want you to sign in on a clipboard ( privacy???). Then they're asking why you're there. Mind you, not coming over and having a private conversation with you-- yelling across the bank like 30 ft away. No, not social distancing...Even though you've been a chase client for over 25 years, this branch anyway doesn't value you. Came in on a weekday am and all the bankers were talking about their weekend, oil change cost, what their cars were, definitely needing to prove themselves etc while patrons were waiting for service. I myself was waiting for service by those exact people. Really disrespectful. Have fun at work-- I'm ok w that when there's no patrons. When we see that, it sends the message that we are not important to the success of chase. And we will move on and share our experiences with others. Going to a smaller friendlier still FDIC ensured bank. All of them are!!!

Worst customer service.

I went in to get something notarized and was asked to sit in the lobby.  Literally zero other customers in the bank and at least 6 staff.  I Felt annoyed that while I sat there waiting, two different co workers chatted it up w the notary.  They even came over to tel me the person was finishing a project, meanwhile I can hear there is no work being done. Thought it was rude.
