I was referred to IRS Trouble Solvers from an attorney in Illinois for my Federal back tax situation. From the initial questioning process to the consultation, they were VERY responsive to my situation, provided a secure environment and were prepared to discuss a plan of action prior to our call. Their approach is NOT about trying to sell you services. It is truly about the action steps required to mitigate your situation weather it involves them or not. In the end, they recommend steps for me to take on my own and if interested, can discuss tax planning with them in the future. Highly recommended!!!

Ray was extremely knowledgeable, he was very detailed and provided clear honest information on my case. He was extremely kind about details regarding an issue with my deceased fathers taxes. I called IRS Trouble Solvers with a question that wound up being outside of their scope of work, but they were professional and took the time to listen my issue and suggested alternative solutions for me! Will definitely come back if I need their services again!

I had a my initial meeting with Patrick, He spends a lot of time telling you how wonderful he is and then starts to tell you some things that he wants you to work on for the case. He of course quickly came up with an outrages number of $40,000 flat rate retainer fee. I thought it was egregious, but paid him upfront $40,000. Because he was not happy at the pace at which I would respond to his requests, he closed my file and said he wished not to work with me. I said that’s not a problem simply refund me my retainer, which should have been prorated based on the work done, which was barely any. Unfortunately he refused to do that. This man is literally a thief. He walked away with $40,000 of my money and sees nothing wrong with it. Be careful people !!!!!
