Ellicott Grove Apartments

Just moved in and have had an overall fantastic experience. The apartment is pretty awesome and I feel very differently about living here than the people who have reviewed here. Time will tell, but I love the changes the current management has made.

It’s not worth the rent you pay. There is nothing spectacular about this property besides the location. Living on the third floor and using the stairs gets annoying, there’s glass all over the place which is hazardous for your pets, trash everywhere, cops come every week to find someone... not impressed. Moving out

I've lived here for a year. The front office never answers the phone. I have a 5 month old baby and this is the third day we woke up to a home that is 50 degrees Fahrenheit... my son was shivering and crying from the cold, hands and feet ice cold and a very runny nose. They have yet to come and fix anything let alone even give us a return call. Not to mention the periphery management damaged my car a few months ago and told me to call my insurance.. they wanted me to pay my $500 deductible for the $300 in damage they caused on my vehicle. Do NOT rent here at all.

I moved to a renovated unit on assurances they had improved the sound proofing and materials of the apartment. Well I guess I was stupid the second time around - Because they lied - again. You can hear your neighbors every move, Surround sound systems and even bookshelf systems can be heard at all hours. If you like crime - then there might be a good chance you car will be stolen - it happens often. If you have something against illegal aliens - then chances are you won't be happy to find they built renovations - and some are now the maintenance staff. Cheap construction, high rent, dog do all over the grounds and a moron office basically round out the experience. Save your money, your time and sanity and move elsewhere.
