        After mechanics in Nags Head, NC couldn't find the problem, Brian found and fixed the issue that stalled our Honda Pilot in the middle of I-95. It took a while, but to be fair, we dropped the car off blindly on a Saturday night. My kudos to Brian.

        We happened to run into Brian while checking out a noise in our car in a nearby parking lot and asked for help. He took the time to look at our car and even drive it around to reproduce the sound and gave us a suggestion about what he thought the problem was. We weren't customers--just random people who happened to see a guy in a mechanic uniform and asked for help. He was not obligated to do anything other than say you should take this into a shop but he went above and beyond. Thank you, Brian! You earned new customers the next time we need repairs!
