Hayley and her staff recently went above and beyond for me on an item I purchased that had a manufacturing defect. I was having difficulty filing a warranty claim, so they did it for me and got the items replaced by the manufacturer. Hooray!! Outstanding customer service.

I always stop in when I'm in town. Nice selection of lotions, essential oils, and candles. They also have crystals and paddles.

Love the atmosphere!! But I am giving it a three star review because they often label products incorrectly / donâ€™t specify what different crystals are. For example: They sell satin spar but label it as selenite. they also label heat treated amethyst as citrine, which makes things very hard for me. Another issue I have with them is that they sell items like dream catchers, etc. Iâ€™m not sure if the owner of the shop or anything is native but if they are then itâ€™s fine!! But overall, the shop seems pretty great. :)
