I have been working with Tax Masters for my tax returns since 2010. I went through a separation, divorce, and difficulties with paying taxes. My accountant worked with me patiently and professionally through all of it. I am so glad that I have Tax-Masters to help me navigate my tax returns!

Fidel did a great job with our taxes. We sold an out of state home, bought a home in MD and have a 1099 income and a home office. He made the process easy and helped us to get organized. I appreciate the way he asked us the right questions to make the process painless.

Honestly I have never left a bad review on Google but this time I have to make sure that any potential new client knows the facts before they decide to employ Mr. Stephen Bradford from Taxmasters. This was the third year I was planning to have my taxes processed although originally my experience with him was not so great since it was really hard to get in touch with him. I spend $1200/year min. and still have to call hundreds of times to get in touch with your tax professional but with no luck. This year was the last straw. I have literally sent more than 20 emails to Mr. Bradford to get my 2019 taxes amended but he is still ghosting me. I sent an email also to the manager (Preston Hall) and never got back to even ask what happened. I am very dissappointed with Stephen Bradfords services overall. Please stay away from this firm!

Tax masters is my go to for taxes. I always wait til the last minute with my taxes and I have a complicated return. Kariem who helped me was able to squeeze me in his schedule and walked me through itand explained to me the whole process. He was very thorough and made sure he was able to get me the most refund possible. I was also in a rush but he took care of the filing and emailed me all the paperwork to sign with details to pay my Virginia taxes. Theresa at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming when I walked in and offered me coffee or tea and even some yummy donuts (Duck Donuts - yum). Although I was there a day before taxes were due and I'm sure that's a very stressful day,  I didn't feel any tension in the office at all. Linda,  the owner/president is the nicest woman you will ever meet btw. All in all,  5 star experience and I would recommend going back there again.
