        Our experience with Spire Federal Credit Union spans many years. Down to the very last one, all of our transactions with them have been outstanding! Their "secret sauce" however, comes down to their people!

        Edit: They promptly reached out to me to explain. I stand by what I said originally. Wouldn't let me deposit a check because my wife wasn't physically present. Absolutely a trust problem with there customers and me. Disgusting. Thanks for the inconvenience.

        This so-called "bank" is completely useless. We moved to the area recently and my credit union is not in the area. We were having a fundraiser garage sale for my daughter's dog that was hit by a car and so I went get a roll of quarters from them. They refused to take my $10 bill and exchange it for $10 in quarters because they said "I don't have a relationship with them". At this point, even though I'm going to be looking for a closer credit union, I would never use Spire. Incidentally, Minnco had no problem taking my cash and giving me quarters.
