ZERO STARS. I wish I could give this company a negative rating. I never write google reviews, so that's when you know it's bad. I have had experience as a tenant with 5 property management companies, and this one is by FAR the worst. They make it impossible to get in contact with them. You are directed to a general customer care number, and they never have answers and never direct you to who you need to connect with. Their answer (even if matters are urgent) "we have 48 hours to get back to you." Email communications isn't any better. On multiple occasions, I never heard back. They also fine owners excessively, with no proof or explanation, even when you did nothing wrong. When you call to dispute fines or issues, it is a massive headache and time suck. I sold my condo after one year, largely in part to dealing with this company. Yes, after 1 year I had enough issues to uproot and run. Not to mention, our HOA fee is incredibly high, and the service is garbage. Do not give your money to First Service, go elsewhere. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.
Customer service has literally laughed at me on the phone while I was trying to resolve urgent matters related to fines and selling my condo. They forgot to add me to the email list for months, so I had missed important communications that resulted in $300+ fines. Additionally, I had surgery, and needed to reschedule my fire inspection date, I let them know ASAP. Surprise, never heard back from anyone and they tried to fine me when I wasn't available to let them into my unit.
The only thing that gave me some peace, was reading other people's reviews. As you can see, everyone has a horrible experience with them. I thought I was going crazy every time I had to interact with them.

Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I moved into one of their managed properties in Feb 2023. I have tried off and on since then to get my name on the intercom system. After 7 attempts with customer service getting non returned phone calls, wrong information, putting on endless hold I had to call corporate to get something done. The corporate office finally processed a work order and now it has been 2 weeks and the intercompany told me I was not a priority and they were worried about the ice in 40 degree weather and was told they will get to me when they get to me. I attempted to go back to corporate to the person that got the work order generated, no response. Oh I also put a message on FSR website, no response. I had foot surgery and my recovery has been delayed because I have to continue to walk downstairs to let people in due to having to have everything delivered to me as I was not suppose to walk at all. Please use caution with this company. My total attempts to get this resolved stands at 14.
