One star because Stacy keeps harassing us. We hired a contractor to poor a slab and apparently they didn't pay their bill will Hanford. Stacy is calling and threatening us with a Lean. That should be dealt with whoever purchased the material, not the customer who paid their contractor.

I've been doing landscaping in the Elk Grove area from about 7 years now and came across this place about two weeks ago. Was looking for a place closer than hasties for some AB. So glad I checked! They not only save me travel time which is both labor and fuel $$$$ which is awesome but they have great prices! They have the basics which help a ton! The staff is super friendly in all aspects of the purchase from Jenny at the counter to Drew the loader. All super friendly and help full! All in all if your in the EG area you need to know about this place especially if landscaping is your business!!A special thank you to John, for the break drum for my bench grinder.

Great selection of rocks just didn't have size of river rock I needed. Not a problem, I'll go back for gravel delivery needs in future vs having rock hauled out from out of town. Friendly, helpful, professional staff in the office. Suggested company who likely would have what I needed and offered to get directions for me. I declined because I knew where it was located. Excellent customer service goes a long way!! Thank you!

That's unfortunate James that the contractor didn't pay the bill and you get stuck with having to pay for something twice. I advise all homeowners that they should not pay in full until the contractor can prove to them that all materials that where used on their job have in fact been paid for in full. The California Lien law has been around for a long time and this is the companies only recourse when we are not paid. Again, its unfortunate that this happened to you. I would like to know who the contractor is so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. You can call the Contractors State Licensing board and report that contractor if you have their contractors #. The state is cracking down hard on folks that commit this type of crime. Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry that happened to you.
