        Customer service and attention to detail is top notch. Employees and managers at the Elizabethton, TN location are probably the best we have encountered at a car rental place. Highly recommend. Always have had a good experience here and we have rented several times.

        We tried to rent a vehicle here at the Elizabethton Tn branch two times. Both of the times that we called, the personnel were unfriendly and on the edge of being rude and uncaring so we took our business to the Bristol branch.

        THE GOOD: I have rented from them several times before. Prices were mostly good, cars always nice, clean, etc. I have sometimes got an upgrade for free on the day of pick up just because of availability, which was great. For this, they get 4 stars. Not quite 5, but 4, yes. THE BAD: However, recently when our area had a round of bad weather my SUV had to go in the shop unexpectedly (from an issue I had put off for months and it finally "Said" No More! LOL ) and I needed to rent a car for a few days... THE UGLY: Enterprise was CLOSED, because of said weather!? Really?! Wonder how many other people needed a car - because of the weather?? Well, I had trouble trying to work something out with their Customer Service line. I found it confusing as hell and frustrating. I ended up making other plans. So, for this, I give them ZERO Stars. That's all.
