        My sister and I showed up on a cold and windy February morning to find my grandparents grave site. There was about 2 in of cold firm snow from a previous storm that was making it difficult to find. Thanks to the director and grounds manager who helped us find the site. They sent us maps by text and came out to the section to help in person. Living out of state for so long, I would not have been successful. It meant a lot to my sister and me.

        Lake Nelson Memorial Park has a special place in my heart. My family has over 30 plots here, and my husband's family has probably 15. Along with other friends and their family. My heart grandfather bought the family plots back in the 1940s, I've seen this place at its best with Christmas lights to its worst and overflowing garbage. I'm happy to say Lake Nelson is FINALLY in the right hands with its new Management and already see how it's improving by the day.

        On behalf of my family, we would like to acknowledge the management of LN and their time and attention to this memorial park, as they took over when it was in the worse shape ever. You can not deny that that have not already put blood sweat and tears into this property, but they continue to do so. The grounds, the mausoleum the cleanliness overall is noticed the moment you pull into the property. Continue to do what your doing, your services is what we needed years ago.

        Place is a dump pure and simple. Community mausoleum in back of cemetery is ready to fall down. The building reeks of decaying corpses. This place is a disgrace of the highest order. Needs a lot of care and soon. Public health hazard. I see your response and I have absolutely no idea what youre talking about. I never gave that place a five star review. I was in cemetery administration for over 30 years and I know a bad cemetery when I see one and I know a community mausoleum thats falling apart when the money runs out Im sorry your place is a complete disgrace. I will go by there again soon to see if any improvements have been made the community mausoleum has a roof thats about ready to cave-in. I dont think youre observing what is really taking place in that yard.
