I must say this has been the most challenging experience and I havent even been seen yet. Called over a month ago had to schedule for a month out the young lady who originally scheduled me was very abrupt and showed zero signs of empathy or customer service. As opposed to telling me the availability for what I was looking to get done she continued to ask when I would like to come in and repeatedly saying no sorry we are full. I finally get scheduled for less service then what I was wishing for and then get multiple reminders days leading up to my appt. Then the day of they call me less than 20 minutes before my appointment to cancel. Again with zero empathy zero customer service unwilling to find a solution. I asked if I could be refunded for the gift card that was purchased and she stated they are non refundable. By far the most unsatisfactory and challenging experiences. As of now waiting for a call back from the owner. We will see how they handle that.

From start to finish the experience was awesome! I booked two messages, one for me and one for my daughter at the same time and they accommodated us fantastically!! Lucy gives an amazing massage. Highly recommend!! I will be back!!
