        The service writers Brittany Brooks and Tiffany Williams were extremely professional, and very helpful. Travis and Rachel the delivery and pick up coordinators were fantastic. They took extremely good care of my vehicle. The pick up and delivery service that Ford is doing now for their customers is one of the best experiences Ive ever had. They did a pan down transmission service, coolant, flush, spark plugs, and drive belts.

        If you look up professionalism up in the dictionary, there would be a picture of Lindale B. from Hall Ford of Elizabeth City. Courtesy, informative and very personable. Made me feel like he was just as interested and excited about the truck I was looking for. I never felt like I was being sold a vehicle, more like Lindale went above and beyond to help me get everything I was looking for. Lindale is a great asset to Hall Ford and should be recognized for his efforts. I will be back in the next few months for another vehicle for my wife. There is only one person I will ask to assist me in choosing the right one, Lindale B. from Hall Ford of Elizabeth City.
