We got our little Nala around a month and a half ago, and we couldn’t be more in love with her if we tried. We got her to be a companion for our 3 year old orange tabby Simba, and while not quite best friends yet, he does enjoy playing with her, while she adores everything about him. I have seen reviews where people complain about their cats biting and clawing, and while we have and are still seeing some of that behavior. However it is no more than to be expected with a kitten, and we have found that as long as you work with her on it she learns what is and isn’t allowed. She has never bitten or clawed with the intent to break skin, just with the intent to play. I have found that she learns quickly what is and isn’t allowed, and almost never uses her claws on us, only when she is climbing across us and feels she needs them to stabilize her. She is not much of a snuggler yet, but that is because she doesn’t want to take the time out of her busy play schedule. We actually have to put her in her cat crate to get her to sleep like she needs. She is also learning how much she likes having her head scratched and being petted, and is not afraid to demand them.

Thank you so much for your professional and loving care with these kittens! We made it home just fine. We stopped twice so they could use the litter box. They are doing great and we absolutely love them. I'm afraid to say but we might be a little obsess with these kitten dolls.

Aside from getting my sweet kitten nothing about this purchase/adoption was pleasant. Lack of communication when kitten would be ready and breeder got upset when I wasn’t able to drive 5 hours with just 2 days notice to come get my kitten, which seemed too soon to me. I came a week later than requested, and the kitten was still only 8 weeks... so she was requesting I come get her at 7 weeks. She gave conflicting answers when I asked for details. Gave conflicting dietary status when I asked what the kittens were eating. She pushes for declawing, and borders on guilting you for choosing not to. The pics I was sent of my kitten ended up not being the kitten I actually got. The kitten I got is a sweetie but it felt like a bait and switch to me. My overall impression is that this breeder/vet is only breeding as a side hustle and not because she actually cares. Would definitely NOT recommend. Edit January 2021: I have since decided that these kittens are also not properly socialized. My cat is now an adult and does not tolerate being held at all. She has a sweet personality but clearly was not handled by humans early on. Very disappointing because one of the main reasons I chose a ragdoll was for their reputation to go limp when held. Mine will claw and fight as soon as she’s picked up.
