Mike Carroll came out the same day on one of the hottest days we had seen at that point in the year. Within hours of me calling him, he squeezed us into his busy schedule. We needed a brand new heat pump bc ours tore up and we had been without air for 3 days battling 117 degree temp inside our home. He came on a Tuesday, told us we needed a new one and offered financing options. By the next morning, he showed up with a new one and Hunter installed it in under 2 hours. We are so grateful for their professionalism and quick pace to get us back comfortable. I have recommended and I will continue to recommend customers to this business. My air conditioning went out and Mike Carroll was immediately responsive. He repaired the AC and replaced a thermostat. He chased the problem down quickly and my house is cool again.
